There have been plenty of rumors about ammending the US constitution so that a foreign-born person can be president. Of course, they don't mean the illegal, or as a matter of fact, legal, Mexican, Uruguayan, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc. The proposal has him in mind specifically. We've elected actors to the presidency before... and got screwed before. Not that such history would stop us. After all, Reagan did a wonderful job dumming us down...
